Our little soldier. He wanted to be a soldier and it just so happened that when Jon was in Iraq, he had this outfit made for Liam. It fit him almost perfect! He has his name embrodered on the hat and top...it was so AWESOME!

We got a new puppy named Chevelle! She loves Kenley and sometimes Kenley loves her...this was one of the good times that Kenley put her arm around Chevelle and was so happy to have her little buddy!

It was a beatiful day. A little overcast, but just perfect! Not too hot, not too cold. When we were taking picutres, it was sprinkling. Just enough to feel nice, but not enough to mess up your hair and the sun was beating down on our skin. I couldn't have asked for more! Everything went so well. I am now a married woman! Jon and I wrote our own vows and they were beautiful! We had bagpipes playing and we were escorted in by the bagpipe player! It was just wonderful!

Shedd Aquarium
on Sunday, June 7, 2009While my sister Kresta was in town last month, she wanted to go to the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. We went and had a great time! It was Kenley's first time (obviously) and she was so amused. My dad would take her right up the glass and she would stare and be so mesmerized!
If you know our family, you know we love the Chicago Cubs! At least once a year, we pay the outrageous prices to go to a game. The last two years, we have attended the games at "Wrigley North" AKA Brewers Stadium in Milwaukee. Since my family lives close by, it's easier to go to these games! We went to the May 9th game.
